Iatrogenix was built where the reality patients live with, clinical judgment, and real evidence meet. Not another supplement company, but a standard for what a supplement should have to clear before it earns a place in someone’s day.

It is led by Dr. Nicholas Tzikas, a fellowship-trained specialist. For eight years he led the headache and facial pain division across Yale’s Greenwich and Stamford clinics, and co-directed the fellowship that trains the next generation of specialists. His work centers on how the brain makes and protects its energy, and the nutrients that support its natural pathways for clarity, balance, and resilience.

He did not set out to launch a supplement brand. He started by reading the labels his patients brought in. What troubled him most were the polished ones, the bottles advertising clinical doses and bioavailable forms and a dozen active ingredients that still got it wrong where it counted. The ingredient with real evidence, underdosed. The list padded with things that did little, or carried risk for almost no benefit, so the label would look complete. It read like science, but the math did not hold up. These were built to sell, by people who never had to answer for what was inside. He did.

His patients kept asking him the same thing on their way out the door: what do I do until I see you again. The stretch where the problem continues and the guidance runs out. This is his answer to it.
