Hi, I’m Pepie—founder of Iatrogenix
This company began with a clinician, a patient, and a deeply personal mission — all in one woman- Pepie. As a licensed occupational therapist, former manager at New York City’s renowned Mount Sinai Department of Physical and Occupational Therapy, and founder of her own rehabilitation practice, she has dedicated her career to helping others reclaim their lives after life-altering diagnoses. All the while, she was quietly navigating her own — balancing the physical and emotional demands of IVF while managing migraines and the responsibility of leading a clinical team.Calling out sick was never an option. Her patients depended on her to show up — clear, capable, and present. And in them, she saw echoes of herself: high-functioning individuals searching for answers, balance, and support.
She turned to her closest collaborator — her husband, a fellowship-trained Headache Medicine physician trained at an Ivy League institution and practicing at one of the country’s top headache centers. He brought insight from treating patients referred from across the country and training future headache specialists. Together, they recognized the opportunity not to replace traditional care, but to reach into the spaces it couldn't always fill.

Iatrogenix is a brain health company founded by clinicians.
Pepie didn’t set out to launch a supplement brand. She set out to create the kind of support she wished existed — something that bridges the quiet space between appointments, where symptoms persist and guidance fades.
With the insight of both clinician and patient, she understood that not everyone wants—or qualifies for—prescription treatment. These supplements were created to complement traditional care: to support brain health during the wait to see a specialist, between appointments, or alongside therapies.
Every formula is developed from real-life experience — not outsourced, not crowdsourced — and with a deep understanding of what people need to keep showing up for the lives they’ve built.
